Kaplan Style - 4 Blade
The 4-blade Kaplan style propeller was designed for moving liquid in a duct with horizontal positioning. The propeller is commonly utilized by low head pumps and mixers positioned in a duct. The forward and reverse thrust should be equal.

Materials: 316L Stainless Steel, Bronze, Nibral, Cast Iron, and Aluminum. These are the most frequently ordered materials; other alloys are available on request.

Finish: Standard finish includes #40 grit, buffed, and Roto-dull; other finishes can be quoted. |

Balance: All Michigan Wheel propellers are supplied statically balanced for vibration free performance.
